T40 Renovations was founded two years ago with a simple but powerful idea — that every home deserves a beautiful, functional bathroom, regardless of budget. We are a family-run business based in Merseyside, serving homeowners across the North West of England.
The company was founded by our director, who has spent over 20 years working on building sites across the region — and crucially, spent many of those years as a bathroom fitter himself. That hands-on experience means we don’t just manage bathroom renovations — we truly understand them, from the first measurement to the final fixture. Having personally installed around 60 bathrooms, our founder built T40 Renovations on a foundation of real knowledge, real skill, and real pride in the work.
